Shipping

UK:

We want you to be happy and know from experience how disheartening it can be to get a bargain then have huge shipping costs added on. Our shipping costs to the UK are £2.50 or free with any order £30 and upwards! All the items will be carefully picked and packed and gift wrapped so every day feels like a birthday!

We use a selection of couriers including Royal Mail, Evri, and Yodel. Most services are tracked but not signed for. We aim to process your order within 3 working days. If there is a cheaper and more convenient method to send individual orders, we reserve the right to use it, but will inform you of this. All deliveries will be tracked to the point of delivery according to the individual service used.

Any lost items will be investigated, however there is a cooling off period of 10 working days from the expected date of delivery before this can be done, this is out of our control.

All orders will be processed within 3-4 working days. If there are any issues with delivering to your Country, we will contact you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to cancel any orders which do not fit with our ethos (fair priced clothing sent reasonably to help save the planet and carbon footprint).

Please be aware that you may have to pay taxes or customs when your parcel reaches your country.
